Setup Guide

 

Please begin by downloading the incentaHEALTH Smart Scale + Visual Body Analyzer app for your iOS or Android device. 

 

 

A NOTE ABOUT PAIRING: The app is designed to work with the scale, right out of the box.  There is no need to go through your Bluetooth menu and manually pair the scale.  Just install the latest version of the app on your phone, login to your account (or create a new one if you are a new member) and then press WEIGH IN on the app.  

We call this "zero configuration" and hopefully it makes things easier to get you on your way to performing your first visual weigh in!

Please note that if you do accidentally attempt to pair the scale manually, your phone will ask for the 4 digit pass code to pair.  This code is 0000.
