What is incentaHEALTH?

At incentaHEALTH we make HEALTH rewarding. Since 2003 we have been helping individuals achieve and maintain good health through daily coaching on healthy eating and active living. 

  • Coach: Eat healthy and be active with the support of daily coaching and app access. Includes 6 daily meal suggestions from a Registered Dietitian, exercise plans, videos and audio guides from a Trainer, a weekly grocery list, access to coaches and more.

  • Healthy Selfie Progress Tracking: Track your progress with private, photographed weigh-ins at home with the incentaHEALTH Smart Scale (included with Premium subscriptions). See yourself transform with your private Healthy Selfie photo gallery. Weigh-in results and live progress tracking will facilitate the quarterly rewards program.

  • Reward: Earn cash rewards for achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. See the cash rewards section for more information.  *Rewards only available with Premium subscriptions.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage and view your subscription here. If you have not already, you will need to create a separate account from your incentaHEALTH program credentials to manage your subscription online. You can view payments, see your upcoming renewal date, update credit card information, and cancel through the manage subscription page. When will I be charged?

Upon checkout you will be charged. Your subscription will automatically renew every month or year (depending on your subscription) on the anniversary date of purchase unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time online, by calling us at 1-800-694-0352, or emailing us at

What is your warranty policy?

We warrant the original purchaser that your incentaHEALTH Smart Scale shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. To request a replacement product covered under the warranty policy, contact or 800-694-0352.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day refund policy. You must submit a refund request within 30-days of your initial purchase date. If you purchased an incentaHEALTH Smart Scale, or received a Scale or equipment as part of your subscription purchase, the equipment must be returned and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be issued upon receipt of returned equipment. Recurring monthly or annual subscription charges are non-refundable. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
