You can manage and view your subscription here. If you have not already, you will need to create a separate account from your incentaHEALTH program credentials to manage your subscription online. You can view payments, see your upcoming renewal date, update credit card information, and cancel through the manage subscription page. We warrant the original purchaser that your incentaHEALTH Smart Scale shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. To request a replacement product covered under the warranty policy, contact info@incentaHEALTH.com or 800-694-0352.
We offer a 30-day refund policy. You must submit a refund request within 30-days of your initial purchase date. If you purchased an incentaHEALTH Smart Scale, or received a Scale or equipment as part of your subscription purchase, the equipment must be returned and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be issued upon receipt of returned equipment. Recurring monthly or annual subscription charges are non-refundable. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
